Music For Hope
Music for Hope is a current ongoing project to help support and raise money for a very deserving school in Cambodia, the SHCC school. With the help of generous donors and Michael Music students since January of 2008 Michael Music has raised close to $15,000 for the school.

Music for Hope Fundraising Effort 2008
Michael Music releases a “Music for Hope” compellation CD with some of their finest students performing their favourite songs. Thanks to Tom Scanlan (isfive) for the printing and Christine Ferguson (eyecandy graphics) for the design and all the students for a job well done.- Michael Music Tour ’08 is on with students performing and selling the CD. Good work guys.
- Michael Music finds a couple generous sponsors including Joe Taylor (IFG). Thanks guys!
- Michael Music creates a music program and purchases Guitars, Ukuleles and recorders and makes their way to Cambodia to meet the kids and visit the school for the first time.
- Teaching both classes and one on one Michael Music leaves Cambodia a month later with a lasting impression on the school and kids.
Michael Music visits the SHCC school again 2009
Exhausted from the previous year of fundraising Michael Music decides not to launch another fundraising effort. However missing the kids and the school, Adam and Ashley team up again to pay a visit to the SHCC school. With only a year in between visits you could hardly recognize the place anymore with so many fantastic drastic changes.
